You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your complaint within 24 hours. We will process your complaint and get back to you with an appropriate solution as soon as possible.

Should this not lead to a satisfactory solution, you always have the option to submit the complaint to the arbitration board of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk. The decision of this committee is binding.
